I spoke to one of the writers group members. He says before I go forward there needs to be the idea of a basic plot. Which I was trying to get out of him. He said his group would be glad to help and they do have members who have written scripts.
Check out the info on the movie - The Shape of Water - kind of a Phantom of the Opera theme with a Gill man hooking up with the chick. I'm leaning more toward the creature is pissed at developers wrecking his turf and the locals are on the creatures side.
