• Seasoned Biloxi / Bayou waterman "Landry Boudreaux" settles in to what he expects to be a perfectly deep-fried, wet dream of a local snapper sandwich.
• as he brings it to his mouth, his culinary-Bayou-Spider Sense tells him something is not as it seems
• slow motion medium to C/U shot of Landry lifting the sandwich to his mouth
• c/u shot of Landry's mouth opening....then closing around the sandwich.
• shot stops
• c/u of Landry's pained expression ("Jaws" track-in shot - dolly zoom)
• cut to 3/4 shot of wall as seafood, saliva, and false teeth hit the way next to the portrait of Confederate General Lee. Along with auto parts ads, menus, dollar bills, etc.
